Mikkel Asger Svane, founder and CEO
Mikkel’s experience spans a variety of Nordic organizations, where he provided strategic counsel regarding mergers, service management, sales and communications strategy. In 1996 he founded Caput A/S where he served as CEO until 2002 building the business for social Web applications on the BEA WebLogic platform. Nowadays Mikkel is not only the proud CEO of Zendesk, but equally proud father of three.Alexander Aghassipour, Founder and Chief Product Officer
Alexander heads up product strategy for Zendesk. Prior to co-founding Zendesk, he consulted with global corporations about design, global strategy and recruiting. Previously he co-founded Areneum A/S, the largest danish-owned digital media agency, acting as CEO and CTO for four years. In his spare time, he enjoys solving Zendesk tickets.Morten Primdahl, Founder and CTO
Morten brings to Zendesk a refined focus on the technical details. He’s involved on all technical levels – all the way from the web pages to the application and onwards to the infrastructure components and database. Prior to co-founding Zendesk, Morten consulted on a number of technology projects, ranging from helping startups establishing a technical platform, to doing heavy duty consulting for online banking systems.
