    SUMMARY

    SIME has kicked off, so far one of the most tweeted issues is gamified networking opportunities, with some bloggers asking if gamification has gone too far, while other welcome it and others share tips!

    Ola Ahlvarssons statement that “When you look for a job in five years, employers might ask: “Might I see your timeline?” has been retweeted by several participants!

    Other issues that have been picked up immediately include the news that your plants are able to tweet and the importance of employer branding and ethics: “Being a brand that is ethical and responsible will be more important in the future”

    There is no mistaking that SIME is all about passion: according to Feffe Kaufmann, ”Passion and engagement is the main key takeaways from #SIME11” while Maria Sunnergårdh states that ”Passion, Engagement – all marketing is digital” and other comments include that there is no doubt that “passion’s the word” and “passion seems to win”.

    As the 1600 participants hail from 27 countries, the surroundings and the venue have been praised and commented on by some of the foreign visitors.
