Founders, Vision TakeOff

Marie Alani and Helena Timander are co-founders of Vision Takeoff. They work as Vision Strategists teaching companies, teams and individuals how to create visions that produce results. That means creating a visionary movement that involves employees, attracts good partners and makes customers the brand’s primary ambassadors and fans.

Marie has previously worked in Public Relations and branding while Helena has previously worked with marketing and Human Resources. When Marie and Helena met, they realized that they shared a passion for people and organizations with bold dreams. They became aware of the fact that very few people really understand what a vision is, how to formulate a powerful vision and how to use visioning as an everyday tool.  It was with this awareness in combination with their entrepreneurial backgrounds that Vision Takeoff was born. Their own vision is “making everyone visionary” – a world where everyone dares to dream big.
